淮南矿区矿井水处理及电吸附技术应用

Characteristics, treatment and application of electrosorb technology in coal mine water

摘要: 研究了煤矿矿井水的水质特征,分析了不同类型矿井水的常用处理技术,通过电吸附除盐技术与反渗透、电渗析等除盐技术的比较,得出电吸附除盐技术在运行维护、成本等方面有一定的优势。并在淮南矿区进行了现场应用,结果表明,与反渗透脱盐技术相比,电吸附除盐技术具有运行成本低(低于1.5元/m3),且没有二次污染、结垢较少,运行维护简单、无需特别保养处理等优势。

Abstract: Abstract: The source of mine water, the water quality characteristics and the pollution effect of discharge on the environment are analyzed in this paper. The application of water treatment technology of different types of mine water and new technology such as desalt by electrosorb technology were expounded. Taking Huainan mining area as an example, according to the characteristics of water quality, the method of mine water treatment in Huainan mining area was put forward, which can improve the utilization rate of mine water and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
